Name: Storm Release: Stream Jump Element: kekki genkai Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Description:Performing the two hand seals: Bird then Horse, the user extends their hand, facing to the ground. Then, as some chakra flows into the hand they're using, as a white-blue sphere appears. Then, as the sphere bursts into a streaming beam, hitting the ground, the beam allows the user to fly up into the air to at least ten or twenty feet in the air. But, if it did get hit by an enemy, it would really send an electric shock, stunning the enemy for a few seconds(AKA 1 Post)

I have no problem with the storming jump being D but how eactly does the user not get hurt during the explosion
Also for the jutsu can you elaborate on damage done if it hits

Well, the beam doesn't really much cause an explosion. All it does really is to just help the user get into the air. The more chakra is pumped into the beam, the higher the user can go.

What he's asking you is why does the user of the jump not receive dame. The explosion underneath the person's feet is bound to deal some sort of damage to that person.
