Bloodline Limit/Special Abilities:
Water Manipulation: By simply levitating a large mass of water by letting the user's chakra roam to the hands, and using their focus on the water(Because they're trying to levitate the water). So then, the water will be able to levitate, and can be controlled by the user. The user can also move water anywhere they wish and can make any shape the user desires with the water. So basically, this is mainly a continuous fighting style.
