Special Abilities:

Sharingan-The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements.

As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu; however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract.

The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even the Nine-Tailed Fox may be controlled. When this was, used against Manda and the Nine-Tailed Fox their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.

The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic the moves their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

In addition to these commonly used techniques, the Sharingan allows the user to perform the genjutsu Izanagi. Using Izanagi, the user can warp reality for a short amount of time, changing reality into illusion and illusion into reality. However, this technique has been dubbed kinjutsu, because use of it causes the user to go blind in the eye that performed Izanagi.

Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.

Mangekyo Sharingan-has the ability to control the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, It also grants them access to other powerful techniques. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. To obtain the Mangekyo Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing a friend or family, as merely killing them or watching them die will not activate it. Over time, use of the Mangekyo Sharingan's techniques deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of another Uchiha clan member can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. The tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the receiver, the better it is for compatibility, siblings for example. Not only does this process permanently restore one's eyesight, with the exception of use of Izanagi, but it also gives the person greater power. The eternal Mangekyo Sharingan also seems to change form from the original, with what appears to be a fusion of the current owners Mangekyō with the previous owners.

Personality:

The Hokage is a very laid back and chilled person on his off time. He is veryunenthusiasticc when it comes to competing his paperwork and can be seen sneaking off to take a nap. He prefers napping to strenuous activities, usually having hisassistantt do his work for him. He is a highly respected Hokage, as well as a highly popular Hokage due to his always being in seen village, although popular he is feared and his appearance only adds to that fact.

Shi-rudo loves to fight. He will not hesitate to mutilate his opponents. Despite his aggressive nature, he is very perceptive in battle. He is seemingly aware of any potential danger to his person and can immediately react to it. He is also shown to be analytical, able to quickly deduce the basics behind an opponent's technique. His Sharingan helping in this of course. He also fights to kill if he can he will unless stated otherwise.

History:

Shi-rudo’s history isn't very eventful he has lived a very spoiled life being the son of the longest reigning Hokage in history. His father whom took over after the great Naruto Uzumaki was the first Uchiha to become the Hokage, It took Sauske years of trying to recreate his clan but his great grandfather Sauske Uchiha did bring the Uchiha’s back to their former glory. Shi-rudo’s father had lived to be 200 years old and was the Hokage since he was 30.

After having Naruto who had the Uzumaki longevity most thought it was better to have a kage that would live longer then most, That is why most people wished Shi-rudo would become a great ninja so that he could one day become the next kage and last just as long as his father. Shi-rudo who spent most of his time training or sleeping was always a lay-about until the time came to go on missions or protect the village, It was then that he truly showed that he would live up to his relatives standards; he was a prodigy must like his father grandfather and grand uncle (Itachi), but then the unspeakable happened, his father died. At the hands of some missing ninja from their very own village.

Shi-rudo went after the group of about 100 ninja alone and fought them with all his hatred and malice. After about 10 hours the 100 ninja lay dead while Shi-rudo did not have a scratch on him, he had awaken his Mangkeyo Sharingan and with it a technique not even his father knew. The space time migration that once belonged to his ancestor Madara, as he walked entered the village he knew what he had to do in order to strengthen his eyes and he needed to do it quickly.

He went to the head medic and told her how the surgery worked, and within a couple of weeks he now had the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, although his father forbid the practice of the mangkyo sharingan unless under dire straits Shi-rudo knew that his father had unlocked his own Mangkyo and was proficient at blaze release though he never used it unless he had to. Since his father was already dead he did not think he would mind if he took his eyes in order to better his reign over the leaf village, since those days Shi-rudo has become a Hokage that the whole village loves albeit a lazy one.
