The Magnificent Sustenance

What started off as a joking term among his comrades quickly stuck, and the entirety of Yasuragi's culinary set became known as "The Magnificent Sustenance". The set, created during his younger years (as you can probably tell), consists of various parts ranging from the tools used to cook, bake, and make the foods and treats and candies to the foods and treats and candies themselves. In short, the foods and treats and candies are created by imbuing them with chakra during the cooking, baking, and/or making process, and the tools used to cook these items serve as conduits that facilitate chakra flow from the tools themselves into its contents. For the most part, there is a misconception that the powers of things that he cooks or bakes or makes come from his chakra alone; however, the truth is that the ingredients and recipes that make up the foods and treats and candies actually contain within themselves the properties to do what they do; the chakra only enhances it. One key factor shared in common by all of things that he makes however is that they are digested by the body very quickly, which is the one thing that is largely attribute to his chakra. Each food, treat, or candy also has a certain limit to it.

Physical Description:

While the cupcakes themselves may come in a variety of differing colors with a variety of different colored wrappings, the box is always the same. It is always a paper-esque material that is colored white, having only four holders on the inside to store a respective number of cupcakes. The cupcakes are actually very sweet, at least as sweet as cupcakes should be, showcasing Yasuragi's great baking skills despite the medical application of the treats.

Item's Capabilities:

After being swallowed and digested, the effects of these treats will take effect following a few seconds time. What it does it create a chemical reaction in the body that is akin to an adrenaline rush, thereby increasing the person's physical capabilities. They become faster, stronger, quicker, and etcetera for the time that the effect is active (which is about five minutes). Unlike an adrenaline rush however, the person does not undergo a "crash" when the boost ends, which is due tot he fact that this 'elevated state' runs on the nutrition and energy provided by the sustenance of the cupcakes. However, only one cupcake can be eaten in a day without adverse consequences, and if more than one cupcake is eaten within a time frame of twenty minutes after the first one is eaten, the person's body will overload and fail, rendering any attempt at movement null and void. For this reason, Yasuragi will only offer one of these treats to a person unless he trusts himself and the other person enough to deal with the consequences properly.

Physical Description:

Unlike the box the cupcakes, the chocolates all come in a systematic, uniform appearance. They are light brown in color, shaped like hearts, have a fluffy, and have a fluffy, whipped chocolate filling. The only variation from chocolate to chocolate are the colors of the wrappings. When bitten into, they have a smooth, soft texture, attributed to the fluffy, whipped filling. On top of that, it is milk chocolate and pleasant to the taste, making indulgence all the merrier.

Item's Capabilities:

Digested quickly like the other foods and treats and candies, these chocolates are powerful sources of chakra restoration that were originally inspired by the Military Rations Pills. While they do not grant the ability to fight for three days straight, they do cause a chemical reaction in the body that amplifies a person's spiritual and mental energies, restoring their chakra reserves and fatigue levels some number of times over. While it does not grant the ability to fight for three days, it does restore one to a state comparable to full health, in turn allowing them to last throughout the rest of the fight and then some. Oddly enough, each time another chocolate is taken, the increase is reduced by half and the body undergoes pain whenever it uses or tries to use chakra. This will in turn stack, with the effects getting worse with each chocolate.

Physical Description:

The jar of candies goes back to the theme of great variety, coming in different sizes, colors, shapes, and even flavors. However, they are all sweet, so the taste buds need not fear. For the most part though, they will be no larger than two thumbs.

Item's Capabilities:

The candies boast a special type of sustenance that serve to increase a person's natural healing factor. This is done through various chemical reactions within the body (for example, increased metabolism in tissue), which lasts for about five minutes. The increase in the healing rate is comparable to Shōsen no Jutsu; however, it does shy from that standard. They can also slow down the spread of foreign substances throughout out the body. Regardless of its shortcomings though, it is ideal for certain situations. As a trade-off, these are the least dangerous to the human body, and can be taken consecutively without fear of adverse effects; however, the effects of the candies do not stack.

Physical Description:

The gourmet feast consists of no particular foods or platter orientations. Whatever Yasuragi decides to cook is what the feats will look like. With his skills however, one can rest assured that the feast will be lovely and very enjoyable, but more importantly, it will always be filling. Even more so, it will always come with a delightful smell, letting the body know that there is something good waiting to be devoured.

Item's Capabilities:

Of all the other foods and treats and candies that Yasuragi creates, the gourmet meal is his most delicate and precise, and he usually uses up a good deal of his chakra to perform it successfully, though this is dependent on the size of the feast. In all cases though, the gourmet feast is the only meal that can not be stored beforehand, for if it isn't devoured within hours after being made, the Sarutobi's chakra will leave it. When it is devoured however, the person receives a boost in power beyond what they may have ever been able to achieve themselves (this ranges from chakra levels to physical abilities to etcetera), and this great power boost will last for two days straight. However, as much of a pro as it may sound, if the body is not properly paced and the energy not properly extinguished, the person could easily float into a coma, and fainting is a given. While this may not make it ideal for combat unless one wishes to take such a large risk, it is great for training, which is the original reason that it was created. No, this is not just because the student can train for two days without fear of fatigue, it is because such a training method conditions the body to reach higher levels at a faster rate (this includes reaching the next stage in ones chakra levels, physical abilities, thinking ability, and etcetera) during the periods of rest after training--the process being comparable to how one grows muscle. To ensure safety, one must wait at least four days after the benefits of the first gourmet feast wears off before partaking in another, or else they will most assuredly die form the overload. That being said, this is also his second greatest secret, reserved only for the one that he chooses to take as an apprentice.

--- 容易; The Great Serving Kitchen

Physical Description:

Akin to the gourmet feast, the Great Serving Kitchen is no one item. In fact, it gained its name because it is, in fact, a collection of specialized tools that Yasuragi uses when he cooks, bakes, and makes his foods and treats and candies. The tools range from pots to pans to spatulas to machines designed to create candies. For the most part, they are made of stainless, chakra reactive steel that grants the capabilities of chakra flow. There are also several technique formulas that can release stored chakra by way of time-released intervals that are predetermined by Yasuragi.

Item's Capabilities:

These items are capable of flowing chakra from themselves and into whatever its contents are, or in another turn of phrase, they facilitate said process. On top of this, the items also carry technique formulas either as fail safes or as supplementary units that aid in the process. For example, most formulas release chakra on time intervals predetermined by Yasuragi himself. At the end of the day, these are the secrets to what Yasuragi does, and without them, his unique art would be impossible.
