Description: By simply levitating a large mass of water by letting the user's chakra roam to the hands, and using their focus on the water(Because they're trying to levitate the water). So then, the water will be able to levitate, and can be controlled by the user. The user can also move water anywhere they wish and can make any shape the user desires with the water. So basically, this is mainly a continuous fighting style.

How many post does the time limit translate into. Also I would appreciate it if you could explain this jutsu in more detail for me, your description of the jutsu seems a bit vauge, I like the idea in general but I would like a bit more info before I pass judgement.

I would prefer if this was a clan hijutsu or a jutsu for you specifically however that is your decision to make i give this my 1/2
