THE PLOTIt's been more than three hundred years since the Fourth Great Shinobi War. The reason why it started, like most other things from so long ago, has been lost to time and made up legends. The Allied Shinobi Nations are no longer allied and have not been for over two hundred years. Most ninja think the Allied Shinobi Nations went its seperate ways because they could not agree on anything, but thatt is wrong. The Allied Shinobi Nations parted because of an agreement on one very important thing: they all knew that if the peace that the Allied Nations brought forth were to continue, the way of the ninja would be lost forever. So, they banned together to seperate from each other in order to continue their lives the only way they knew how. It was Kirigakure that first stated that the alliance was growing bad for business, for with them being united, the only other thing besides them out there were the minor villages and they posed "no threat". At first, the leaders of the other nations dismissed Kiri atogether; however, Iwagakure had begun to voice the same concern. Soon all five of the major villages were able to see that they were losing customers due to the peace that the Allied Nations brought. This was when they decided, all five of the Kage, that the Allied Shinobi Nations would be allied no more. They realized that to survive as ninja their needed to be a threat to face. They needed criminals, and the rate of criminals were at an all time low due to no one wanting to face the might of the Allied Nations. It took almost two hundred years, but slowly have become like they once were. The villages pretended as if the Allied Nations had never existed, and soon no one even spoke of it any longer. It became a fairy tale, a story some people did not even believe anymore. In the midst of it all, another village has sprang up almost over night. No one knows where it came from or even where it is; all that's known about them is that they show up during other villages missions and watch. It is rumored that the village is a kind of safe haven for criminals and deserters, this is mainly due to the fact that most of the ninja who were seen wearing the odd headbands were Missing-nin. No one knows what they want, but everyone seems sure that whatever it is it is no good. All five of the great shinobi villages are keeping an eye out for these mysterious ninja, for no one wants to be the one that is caught off guard. However, history will show that it is not so easy to guard against something when you don't know what it is after. Much like in the past the great shinobi villages refuse to help one another and are too proud to ask for help and too selfish to give it. This new village knows this well and plans to take full advantage of that fact.
