Summoning: Scarecrow in the Farmland is a summoning technique invented by and utilized by the Yondaime Raikage, Kenkaku Kashikoi. After completing a series of eight hand seals, Kashikoi slams his hands onto the ground. From his palms comes a seal that releases to reveal anywhere from one to ten scarecrow that are located anywhere from five to fifteen feet away from Kashikoi. The scarecrow are made of the same material as the rods at the end of Kashikoi's swords, however; they are much less durable and shatter into smaller pieces when hit.

Kakashi Bunshin no Jutsu is a Bunshin no Jutsu created and utilized by the Yondaime Raikage, Kenkaku Kashikoi. After a string of three hand seals, Kashikoi uses his scarecrow as mediums for his chakra, turning the scarecrow into clones of himself. These Bunshin are capable of molding the little chakra that they have, but they can only perform the Shunshin no Jutsu, Kawarimi no Jutsu, and Kakashi Kawarimi no Jutsu. When struck, the Bunshin transforms back into it's original form and shatters.

If Kakashi Bunshin no Jutsu is active, this technique can be used by the Bunshin to swap places with Kashikoi.

Inspired by the Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu of Konohagakure no Sato, Kakashi Senbon no Jutsu is a technique created by the Yondaime Raikage, Kenkaku Kashikoi. After a string of fifteen hand seals, Kashikoi causes the multiple pieces of the decimated scarecrow to fly toward an opponent or general area. Because these pieces are made of the same material as the rods at the end of Kashikoi's blades, they can be used to attract electricty.

Lightning Release: One Thousand Chirping Birds Storm is a Raiton Ninjutsu created by the Yondaime Raikage, Kenkaku Kashikoi. After forming a string of thirty three hand seals, the three hand seals of Chidori repeated eleven times, Kashikoi forms the Chidori. He then manipulates the Chidori to fire off powerful spears of electricity capable of piercing metal. However, the spears are rather hard to control and the technique is only truly effective when used in conjunction with Kakashi Senbon no Jutsu. When used this way, the spears can be used to paralyze instead of kill. Because of the Chakra usage, this technique can only be used twice during a fight.

Lightning Release: Flying Bird is Raiton Ninjutsu created by the Yondaime Raikage, Kenkaku Kashikoi and is considering to be the highest form of the Chidori. The technique begins after Kashikoi forms thirty-three hand seals, the three hand seals of Chidori repeated eleven times. The Chidori forms in his hand then quickly surrounds his entire body. With his muscles now enhanced by the lightning, Kashikoi can reach a speed surpassing Shunshin no Jutsu. With this speed, Kashikoi charges at his opponent in an attempt to pierce through his opponent's body.

The technique gained it's name because the Raiton chakra ironically takes the form of a bird as it surrounds Kashikoi's body. When in motion, Kashikoi moves at speeds so fast that the only thing observers can see is a flying Lightning Bird. Although powerful, the technique drains roughly nine tenths of Kashikoi's chakra and can only be used once a day.

After forming the Chidori, Kashikoi can split the Chidori into four separate birds that fly toward the opponent. The birds have a greater range than the Lightning Beast Running Technique and have the ability to paralyze via electrical shock.

Okay one, Kuchiyose: Hatake Kakashi is not a Fuuinjutsu. To me, it sounds more like a summoning jutsu. But I would allow it to be a Ninjutsu; But it's not Fuuinjutsu.

Second thing, raise the rank of Kakashi Bunshin no Jutsu by one. This is because it can mold chakra, and use Ninjutsu. So, it would be classified as B-rank.

I would like you to raise Kakashi Senbon no Jutsu one level too.
